InstaTool is operated by Chpl Limited, the controller for this website. The registered office and VAT number appear below. You can write to that postal address about privacy and data requests.

We do not upload calculator input, text, letters or selected colors. Loading the website necessarily sends an IP address and technical request data to the web server. The IP endpoint returns the address seen by that server and does not store it in application logs.

Cloudflare provides hosting, content delivery and security. It processes IP addresses, request URLs and technical connection information to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. Our application does not keep request logs or a database of visitors. Cloudflare may process service and security data under its own policies, including outside the EEA with the safeguards described in those policies.

We use necessary technical data to deliver the service you request and for our legitimate interest in keeping it secure. Calculator inputs and texts remain in your browser and are not retained by us. No advertising requests, analytics or tracking cookies are currently enabled. Browser preferences remain on your device until you clear them; an ad-free reward, when available, expires after 24 hours.

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing. You can also lodge a complaint with Malta’s Information and Data Protection Commissioner (idpc.org.mt). Please use the postal address below; do not include unnecessary sensitive data.
